If using Slingcatcher (recommended) then no computer is required except to access and manage your account.

The faster your PC and home network are, the better the picture quality will be. When using SlingPlayer to watch UKTelevision.tv service over the Internet, your Internet download speed at home is what matters. 1 mbps is the minimum suggested speed. Faster is better.
Here is the minimum of what you need to start Slinging:

SlingPlayer Mobile software is purchased separately. If you haven't purchased your SlingPlayer Mobile registration key yet the downloads will give you a 30 day free trial*. Additional data tariff may be required by your mobile network provider. A flat rate data tariff is strongly recommended for SlingPlayer Mobile usage. Please check your mobile network tariff plan.

Please note the free trial is not available for SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone.

Remote Control definitions for SlingPlayer Mobile vary depending on interface, but follow the same structure as the Remote for SlingPlayer on Windows PC.  If you encounter problems with your remote please contact us for assistance.
